How do I cancel an order?
We can only cancel an order within 12 hours of placing the order. After this time, the order will most likely have been processed and ready to ship or has already been shipped.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary because we ship all over the world from different distribution centers depending on your location. The average shipping time is about 15-30 business days. When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days of purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), debit cards, or electronic checks (i.e. using your regular bank account)
My order was confirmed but I received a refund notice, what does this mean?
Unfortunately, sometimes items are removed from our warehouse stock and we are unable to send them to you. In this case, we will refund the full value of the item and you will still receive the remainder of your order.
